An easy and delicious cocktail. Probably the most time-consuming part is making espresso. I'm sure you could just run to a coffee shop and get a triple-shot to go. Try instant if you like, but your mileage may vary. I use Lavazza Espresso, prepared in my Bialetti stovetop espresso maker. Cheap and easy, and available online at at places like Sur la Table or Wms-Sonoma.
Prepare espreso, let cool to room temperature.
Chill a martini glass by putting ice cubes and water in it, or placing it in the freezer.
Fill a shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake it like you mean it! Crushed ice crystals make the drink yummy. Dump the ice from martini glass if necessary, and strain the cocktail into the glass. Enjoy!
